  1. Dear Ron, Josh, Emily and family,

We are so saddened to hear of Cherie’s passing. It was a true pleasure getting to know all of you during our volleyball days at One 10. Please know that our prayers for comfort and peace are with you. One comfort is that in God’s Word, Paul says that, if you are a Christian, to be absent in body is to be present with God. I can only imagine what glorious things Cherie must be experiencing right now…in the very presence of Jesus. God bless you all as you look forward to your reunion with her. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you and your family. God bless…

  2. Cherie was a woman of excellence. She was my role model. Many times I said, “I wish I could be more like Cherie.”

  3. Although I did not know Cherie very well my brief encounters with her on several occasions were memorable. She had such a beautiful and welcoming disposition. Its not often that you meet someone who is so warm and friendly and that was Cherie through and through. I was honored to have met her. My sincere condolences to Ron and the entire family. I hope that all of the wonderful memories will serve to comfort you.

    Warm Regards, Janice

  7. Hey Cupcake — We’re going to miss you. Thank you for letting us into your heart. Your smile, your attitude, touched my soul like few have.

Emily – I’m sorry for your loss. Your Mom was truly special, and she cared for you so much.

Ron – Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for your loss. In looking at all of your pictures, it was quite evident that the two of you enjoyed life to the fullest. She didn’t let this dreadful disease stop her, she did it on her terms.
