ARLINGTON — Charles Brett Blevins, 41, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. Brett was born Nov. 12, 1967, in Fort Worth. He enjoyed sailing, motorcycling, flying and the beach. Brett put his heart and soul into his business, Reliance Medical Group, and into his life in general. Brett was full throttle in what ever he put his mind to. He was a devoted husband, father, son and friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Brett was preceded in death by his dad, Eddie L. Carter. Survivors: Wife, Anna; son, Andrew Ryan Blevins and wife, Yxkra; daughters, Lindsey Caroline Blevins and Chelsea Blevins; mother, Deborah Carter; father, Ronnie Blevins; sister, Holly Holmes; brothers, Tyson Blevins and Brian Jones; his lifelong friend, Mike Keeley and his wife, Tina; and numerous nieces and nephews.
