BURLESON – Carl Oakley passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016. Service: 9 am Friday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Visitation: 30 minutes prior to service. Burial: Dallas Fort Worth National. Survivors: Wife, Elizabeth; children, Brian, Carla Robinson; four grandchildren.
