A dedicated father, loving son, and respected businessman, Billy left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Billy was a devoted father to his two children, Skylar and Samantha who were his pride and joy. He cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories filled with love and laughter. As a skilled plumber, Billy worked hard and had integrity. His commitment to his trade was unparalleled, earning him a reputation for honesty and excellence in his field. Beyond his professional life, Billly was a beloved friend. His warmth, kindness, and unwavering loyalty touched the lives of many. He had a unique ability to connect with people, always offering a helping hand or a listening ear. Billy is survived by his children, Skylar and Samantha Welch, his parents, James White Jr. and Anna Landron, brothers Alan White and James White lll, sister-in-law Renee White, nephews Bryson and Remee, Fiance Jessica Haskins, a host of other loving family members and friends. His legacy of love, integrity, and dedication will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him. A celebration of Billy’s life will be determined at further noticed.
