Billy L. Locker
Burleson — Billy L. Locker, 80, passed away July13, 2017 in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2017 at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Mayfield Kiser Funeral home. Burial: Rendon Cemetery. Memorials: Community Hospice House at Huguley. Bill was born on July 31 1936 to Mary Prater and Louis Locker. He was raised by his maternal grandparents Onzlo and Lena Prater in Cleburne; all of whom have preceded him in death. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1955. Bill retired from the General Services Administration in the Finance Department in 2000. Survivors: Life Partner of 37 years, Harold Booth of Burleson; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Sam Bigham of Cleburne; nephews, Doug (Debbie) and Monnie Bigham; niece, Rhonda (Marvin) Jones; great-niece, Braylee Jones all of Cleburne.
