Jean met her husband Jon, better known as “Bill” while they were both working at General Dynamics, back in the day of the war known as the “Bomber Plant”. Being an only child, she wanted a larger family, and that she did. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bill her first born son, Johnny and  daughter, Cindy Dashnaw; and grandson, Adam Lookingbill. After being a stay at home mom until her children were in junior high, Jean went to work for Buddies Supermarket, and later for Winn Dixie working her way up from deli clerk to deli manager. She also worked in the cheese shop and  produce departments. She made many dear friends along the way and remained good friends always. She loved them as family.  She worked in the grocery business for 30 years. Granny loved her family and enjoyed a good laugh and was the best cook ever! What a good daughter, wife, mother, granny and great granny. She always put her family first and worried about them constantly. Jean was a hard working, honest lady. This trait she passed on to her grateful children. Her whole family looks forward to the day when they can be a whole family again in the presence of our Lord.
