  1. Linda, Loretta and James, I can’t express the sorrow I feel. Loosing Billie is a great loss not only for her wonderful family and friends, but for our entire community. She was an Icon. She has been my best friend for more than 40 years. She was my hero. I loved her like a sister. Billie was always there for me when I needed her, especially when I lost my Mother.
Billie will be a SPECIAL ANGEL. An Angel that will guard all of her family and friends. When our tears are gone, we will have so many happy memories and many great stories to share.
I loved her with all my heart. God Bless.
