Betty Jones
FORT WORTH — Betty Jones, 77, passed away on Saturday July, 7, 2012 in Fort Worth. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. Betty was born on May 5, 1935 in Marshall, Texas to Bon and Bobby Cooley. She was a food service team member for Sodexho at Texas Christian University for 20 years. Betty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Betty is preceded in death by her father, Bon Cooley and son Billy McCrary. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 27 years, Joe E. Jones; mother, Bobby Cooley of Tyler; two sisters, Joyce Bailey of Tyler and Mary Taylor of Ben Wheller; daughter, Debbie Daughtry and son in law Norvle Daughtry of Tyler; three sons, Jimmy McCrary of Point, Danny McCrary of Melbourne, Arkansas and James McCrary of Tyler; step sons, Brent Jones of Kent, Ohio and Joe Dale Jones of Key Largo, Florida; Grandchildren, Terra Hammers, Emery, Nichole Cowell of Emory, James McCrary of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Bo Daughtry of Tyler, Tammy Godsey of Tyler, Jennifer England of Tyler, Wisper Parks of Tyler, Dana Weaver of Canton, Ohio, Amy Cruz of New Mexico, Billy McCrary of Tyler, Savannah Jones of Rockwall, Alia , Jena,  Laila and Mira Jones all of Key Largo Florida,; 21 great grandchildren.

  3. I love you Grandma Betty.. You will aways be in my heart!! I will miss you and your great food but i will always have the memories of the summers all the cousins would come stay with you and your taco salad and you always made sure we had an awesome desert!!! we would have a day of shopping and you and Aunt Debbie got my ears pierced when i was little my dad didn’t like it too much but you said i was a girl and that what us girls do so get over it!!! LOL I’m glad to know you r at peace now and in the best of the best place!!! LOVE YOU GRANDMA BETTY!!!!
