  19. May God bless you and keep you during this extremely difficult time. Although Austin was very young the last time I saw him, I would keep tabs through Facebook. He grew to be a fabulous young man, my heart aches for the family. Stay strong in knowing that you will see each other again.

  21. Debra,
Your son lived a big life in very few years. That makes the loss all the greater, knowing how much he could have done. I am thankful he was able to bless your lives so much, so quickly.
I can barely imagine the pain you must be going through. May you not lose sight of God’s blessings.

  40. There are no words adequate to express our love and respect for our fine number one grandson. His love of life to the fullest, was an example of his generosity and kind heart as he “paid it forward” to all those he touched.
He loved God and for that I will be forever grateful.
Austin fought a valiant battle but God needed him back. There’s a brighter star in the sky tonight and a beautiful angel to watch over us.
With every breeze that brushes our cheek, every raindrop that falls and the glorious sight of a brilliant rainbow, I will know it’s Austin. While he may be gone from us physically, he will remain in our heart’s forever. You are now in the arms of the angels. May you find some comfort there. I will cherish our last words to each other n Minneapolis. “I love you to the moon and stars and back and for every breath I take, I’ll always take one for you.” In his last words, he thanked me for everything and said “I love you too Grammy.” Just hearing that makes the huge hole in my heart a bit easier. Rest in peace my precious sailor. Chive on!
