Death certificates are essential for verifying a person's death. Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, employers, and government agencies typically require a death certificate as proof. The most convenient way to obtain them is by ordering them directly from us. The charge for copies are $21 for the first copy and $4 for each additional. The first copy is required and will be added to your order. Please specify the number of additional copies you would like.
Death Certificate Delivery
Texas Death Certificates are taking 3 to 4 weeks to arrive after the cremation is completed. How would you like to receive them once they're available?

Once the cremation is complete you have the choice of shipping the ashes or picking up.

Appointments are available between 9 am and 11 am, weekdays and are limited to 30 minutes and 10 persons. Identification will be through a viewing window.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a formal viewing. The deceased will be on a gurney covered with a sheet.
