Vincent Daniels
Vincent Daniels was born to the union of Artry and Lola Daniels November 14, 1947. He departed this life on November 10, 2024 Vincent was united in holy matrimony with Adair White in 1972. To this union two sons were born. Vincent was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. He received a four-year scholarship in music to Mississippi Valley State College in Itta Bena, Mississippi where he received a Bachelor’s Degree. Vincent later went on to received his Master’s Degree in Music Education from Louisiana State University May 1975. He relocated to Rochester, New York and accepted a position at Benjamin Franklin High School where he retired after thirty years of service. Vincent relocated to Naples, Florida after retiring from the school system where he met his longtime companion, Beverly Jane Fickas. Vincent was a passionate motor cycle enthusiast and never failed to make his annual trip to Sturgis, a place he never forgot. He leaves to cherish his memory two devoted sons, Artry Daniels of Fort Worth, Tx (Letishia), and Ray Lee Daniels of San Jose, California, one brother, Nicki Daniels of Shreveport, Louisiana (Gwen), two sisters, Deborah Daniels-Smith of Shreveport, Louisiana and Alice Pullen of Cypress, Texas, one grandson, Vincent Marley Daniels of Fort Worth, Texas, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. The family would like to extend special thanks to dear friends, Preston Baines and Mary Tuggles of Rochester, New York, Dave Mumbower and John Fruchey of Naples, Florida, Bobby Headley and the Meadowbrook staff of Arlington, Texas for their love, care, and concern of our beloved Vincent. A big thanks to Karen Mack of Rowlett, Texas and Vincent Cox of Fort Worth, Texas for your faithfulness and kindness. We are forever grateful.
