Brenda Lynn Hampton, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024, in Midlothian Texas, at the age of 68. Born on April 21, 1956, in Denton, Texas, Brenda’s vibrant spirit and boundless love left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her love for her family was her most treasured aspect of life, as she delighted in the company of her daughter, Tammy Hurst of Sanger, Texas; her brother, Jackie Curl of Sanger, Texas; her grandson, Kasey Hurst of Denton; her granddaughter, Nichole Chenette of Midlothian; her great-granddaughters, Chloey, Elizabeth, and Abigail Chenette of Midlothian; and her great-grandson Cameron Chenette, also of Midlothian. The joy and laughter they shared will echo as an enduring testament to her unwavering dedication to her loved ones. Preceding Brenda in death is her mother, Margaret Rose O’Rear and her father, Jack Dempsey Curl. She now joins them in eternal rest, where memories remain as a comfort to those she has left behind. Brenda’s radiant spirit will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday October 11th from 5:30-7:30 at the Sanger community center. All family and friends are welcome .
