Shelia Ann Morton
Shelia Ann (Bell) Morton, 76, passed peacefully in the early morning hours of September 18, 2024 with her daughters by her side. Sheila aka “BeMaw” was loved dearly and attending her grandchildren’s and great- grandchildren’s events was the joy that put a smile on her face. It didn’t matter the elements of the weather or the type of event, she was sure not going to miss anything that she didn’t have to. Sheila was born January 27, 1948, in Hillsboro, Texas to loving parents Elizabeth Ann Bell and Shelia Horton Bell. She grew up and attended school in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Trimble Tech High School in 1966. Through her life, she worked in and out of food service and retail. At the time of death she was still employed at Ross in Mansfield, Texas and had just received her 20 years of service award. If she was not working, she spent her time reading, dining out with her daughters or on the road to a sporting event. She was also ready to go anytime to estate sales, garage sales, and flea markets looking for books, plants, and what-knots. Time with her family meant everything to her. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sister, Wanda Louise Handy of Fort Worth, Texas; daughter Katrina Juanell Mangum and husband Chris Mangum of Grandview Texas; daughter Kristina Leanell Hogan of Burleson, Texas. Her grandchildren are Rydge West and wife Ashley West of Grandview, Texas; Joseph Fisher Mangum and River LeeAnn Mangum also of Grandview, Texas. Great grandchildren are Ryker West, Ryiot West and Ryggs West. The family will have a private memorial to celebrate her life.

  1. So sorry for your lose. Robin had told me about your mom passing. I went to Tech also in 1962. Then moved to Alavardo when I was 16. Love you and praying for your family.
