Weatherford, Texas- Glenda Joyce Stewart Miller passed peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday Aug 20, 2024 at her residence in Hilltop Park Rehab and Care Center. Glenda was born in Lamesa, Texas on Aug 8, 1942. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Quin Miller, who I’m sure was waiting at the gates of Heaven to welcome her! Her brother Randy, sister Joan McCaskill and parents George Weldon and Margaret Elizabeth Stewart. Glenda is survived by 5 children, Daughter, Yvonne (David) Blevins, she called David her other son, Son, DeWayne (Christie) Miller, Daughter, Beverly Beene, Sons, Darrell (Cindy) Miller and Quin Jr. (Jamie) Miller. She’s also survived by 14 Grandkids Shane(Tauna) Blevins, Shawna(Scott) Long, Darek Hart, Whitley(Tim) Tressler, Shea Miller, Samuel(Rachel) Hauge, Annalee Hauge, Kristan(Michael) Lucas, Kenzie Connaway, Blake Junkersfeld, Brittnee(Stuart) Gordon, Colt(Aubrey), Drake & Aston Miller, Along with 17 Great Grandkids, Brett, Brycen(Aliyah), Brylee & Brinsley Blevins, Brayden, Brooklyn & Brenleigh Long, Kash & Hudson Lucas, Jorden & Mila Hart, Maley & Emmette Tressler, Blaze & Ellie Miller, Bryson & Tristyn Junkersfeld, numerous nieces & nephews, a countless number of relatives and friends that truly loved her. Glenda loved her kids and grandkids more than life itself and made it a point to spend a lot of time with each and every one of them during her lifetime. She was a Baseball Mom, a Rodeo Mom as well as a Girl Scout Mom. She will be missed by many! The family would like to give special thanks to Hilltop Park Care Center for their compassionate and loving care for our Mom/Grandma these last 3 years and especially the last week! Also a heartfelt Thank you to BeyondFaith Hospice! A big thanks to her nephew, Tim & Kathy Swearingin, we love y’all!! We are planning to celebrate her life with a memorial service at a later date.
