Marshall Allen Minnich Sr.
Marshall Allen Minnich Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at 12:12am on Wednesday, August 7th 2024. Marshall was in his “82nd” year of life, as he used to say. He was born on November 9th 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Rosa Mae Minnich, father WP Minnich, and ex-wife Emma King, brothers Bill Minnich, and Kenneth David Minnich went before him. He is survived by his children, Marshall Allen Minnich II, Matthew Alan Minnich, Michelle Elaine Jennings, and Michael Andrew Minnich. His children who were adopted into his heart by marriage, Kevin Jennings & Carolyn Minnich. His seven grandchildren; Michael Laurence Arias, Garrett Thomas Jennings, Brianna Nicole Jennings, Marshall Allen Minnich III, Emma Grace Minnich, Madison Elizebeth Ruth Minnich, Allyson Reign Minnich. As well as many nieces, nephews and extended family, the church became a part of that. He loved many and was so loved at Baruch HaShem Messianic Synagogue and Ridgeview church. Marshall served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged. He had many talents, even actively participating in softball games up until the age of 78. He could keep up with the “young guys” as he used to say. He was very active in both churches, missions, helping with teaching and mentoring the youth, and anyone who was in need. He was a master of many trades and held many hats, however, he excelled in being a trustworthy electrician. He was the best around and would often be called on by family and friends to help with projects or just an electrical question, he was always willing to help in any capacity he could. All who would like to come and celebrate the life of Marshall Allen Minnich Sr can do so at the memorial service being held at Ridgeview Church 1362 FM Rd 552 Rockwall, Tx. 75087 at 3 pm on Saturday, August 17th 2024 Contributions of Flowers or plants are welcome if anyone desires to do so, however are not required.

  7. Marshall was always so encouraging and affirming in the Lord and would constantly speak life over people and encourage the gifts that he saw in them. Heaven gained an amazing soul!

  8. Papa was always thinking about me and encouraging me to be the man of God I needed to be. Love in his eyes always, he would never fail to give me a big embrace when I saw him, calling me son. Though I can’t see you on this Earth again, you have left a cruel world to be one with God, I will see you again in eternity, Papa.

  9. Marshall was a person whom I had the privilege and honor of knowing for over 42 years. He was a Man who was respected and loved by everyone who got to know him. He was my favorite Brother in Yeshua and in Christ during our life journey together. He will be greatly missed but I know we will see each other again when I take my last breath and see Marshall in Paradise!
