Todd Henshaw
Todd Henshaw, a dedicated and hands-on former Gainesville, TX police officer, passed away on July 14, 2024, at 9:38 AM, surrounded by his loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of service and commitment. Born in Downey, CA, Todd attended Warren High School in Downey, CA. He is survived by his four beloved children: Brianna Henshaw, Cody Henshaw, Allison Henshaw, and Justin Henshaw, and one beautiful grandchild. Todd’s impactful career in law enforcement extended beyond Gainesville, leaving a lasting mark on Westminster, CA, and the surrounding communities. Todd loved taking calm and peaceful backroads in the country and spending time with his beloved friends. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and even had a tattoo of the Dallas Cowboys star on his right shin. He never failed to have a witty comment to make and always strived to make people laugh, no matter if he knew them or not. To Todd, nobody was a stranger; he would start up a conversation with anyone. Todd was preceded in death by his wife, Ami Henshaw, who passed away in 2018. He is also survived by his loving parents, Terri and Dennis Henshaw, and his two brothers, Ty Henshaw and Troy Henshaw. Todd was cherished by many wonderful friends and always held his loved ones close to his heart. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.   2. Todd was a great friend to me and my husband. We first met when they both worked at Westminster police department. They had a great time together.. Todd was the only officer from Westminster that stayed in touch with Frank and it meant the world to him. Frank always called Todd his brother and he was.
