Billy Ray Shutter passed away Sunday, February 4th at his home in Crowley, TX. Bill was retired for 22 years and enjoyed gardening, fishing and his animals. He is survived by his 3 children, Tamara Glass, Vickie Shutter and Russell Shutter along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Also, his brother Rev Michael Shutter, wife Elaine Shutter, sister Carolyn Westmoreland, husband Don Westmoreland. A memorial will be March 09, 2024 at First Assembly of God White Settlement, 209 Ralph St., White Settlement, TX 76108.
