Justin-Stacy J Richter, 69, passed away Wednesday May 29, 2023 at Medical City Hospital Arlington. A private memorial service was held on June 3, 2023. Stacy was a loving husband and father, he will be deeply missed. Surviors are his wife of 42 years Margaret (Meg) Rila Richter and son Jesse Richter and his wife Kira.
