Merle Elizabeth Creed
Merle Elizabeth Creed, age 70, of Rowlett, Tx, passed away, June 25th, 2023. She was born at home in Ragland, West Virginia, June 23, 1953. Merle graduated from North Gallia High School in Vinton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Roxie Hopkins, her sisters, Brenda Bowling, Ronda Foust, Dinah Lavine, Tonya Dixon, Kimberly Styles. She was survived by her sons, Brandon Creed and Amanda High, Justin Hopkins, Blake Creed and Kaliah Jones; grandchildren; Alyssa Creed, Aaliyah Hopkins, Savannah Creed, Summer Creed, Autumn Creed, Grayson Creed, Jase Creed, her siblings; Kay Unroe, John Hopkins, Greg Hopkins, Carol Richards, Karen Watson, Robin Hopkins, many Nieces & Nephews. I will think of her in happier times when we was all little running after the cows in the pasture , climbing in the barn ,playing in the corn field, Laying in the front bedroom on a hot summer night giggling as we listen to Grandpa and Grandma talk to all our aunt and uncles there for a visit as the whippoorwill out side sings us to sleep.. I know your with them all now talking and laughing again ..You will be missed by all your loved ones.. I hope they can find a little comfort in know your with loved ones now

  5. I didn’t get to know her for a very long time but she was a beautiful woman and she left behind some really good children. I’m thankful to have known her the amount of time that I did
