We only facilitate the original order of death certificates. Please make sure your order is sufficient. Once that order has been placed with the State we cannot add to your order. If later you need additional copies of the death certificate you will have to contact the local registrar where the death occurred and order directly from them.

Our professional fee to secure a photo of the deceased or schedule a private appointment to either witness the cremation and/or identify the deceased at our crematory. We will contact you to schedule an appointment time. Appointments are available between 9am and 11 am, Monday thru Friday and are limited to 30 minutes. Please Note: Identification of the deceased may not be available in all cases and will be at the discretion of the Funeral Director in Charge. Identification will be through a viewing window.

Our crematory is equipped to handle deceased persons up to 500 lbs. Our charges include the cremation for persons up to 275 lbs. Because of the logistical issues involved with handling larger cases there is an additional fee required.

Once the cremation is complete we will place the ashes in the temporary box you select. If you prefer to upgrade to a permanent urn, please choose “Upgrade”.

Once the cremation is complete you have the option of picking up at our office or we can ship everything to you. The cremation will be complete approximately 4 weeks before the death certificates are ready. We will notify you when the cremation is complete and the death certificates are ready. If shipping, you will receive notification and tracking information and a delivery signature is required.
