Judy Darlene Lewis
Judy D. Lewis passed away July 12, 2015 at the age of 65 from a long battle with cancer. Survived by her husband Gerald R Lewis, daughters Tina Warren and Barbara Marks, son Bob Sample Jr. Sister, Jeannie Keener, brother Edward Ray McLemore, grandchildren Cristopher Sample, Stephen Sample, Serena Warren, Kellie Kirkpatrick, Jessica Marks, Nicole Marks, Tim Marks Jr., Apryll Sample, Abbygail Sample, Allysen Sample, and Andrew Sample. Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Judy was preceded in death by her mother Frances McLemore, father Wilburn McLemore and sister Sherry Brewer. No memorial or viewing will be held at the request of the deceased and in lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the American Cancer Society.

  4. My deepest condolences and heart goes out to the whole family. You have all become my other family after all of these years since my Mom and Tina became friends. I am thankful to have known Ms. Judy since I was a kid. The most recent time I saw her she was in great spirits and we had a nice time talking together, it was one of the best conversations we had ever had. I always felt like one of the kids and part of the family. Thank you Ms. Judy for being a great Bama in my life =) You were always a blessing to the whole family and will be greatly missed. XOXO

  6. I enjoyed getting to bama. She was a great woman. She was always there for her family. Very thank for the chance have her be a part of my life. I’m grateful, she was there to get to know my handsome nephew Jaxson Robert sample, and my beautiful niece Autumn Marie Sample. I know she had a great influence on my sister Amber. And everyone one she came in contact with. May she rest in peace. God bless!
