JoAnn (JoAnna) Johnson-Kinzie
JoAnn (JoAnna) Johnson-Kinzie, 67, died unexpectedly on September 7,2017. JoAnn was born in North Carolina but lived most of her adult life in San Antonio, Texas. She was Vice President of Diamond Management, managing primarily HOA’s. Prior to Diamond Mgt., JoAnn was VP of Associated Management Services. JoAnn was adored by her husband of 26 years, Neal Kinzie. She was kind, thoughtful, and always there to help anyone in need. She was known for her beautiful smile, always happy and laughing, uplifting all who were blessed to know her. JoAnn is survived by her husband, Neal, her mother, Gloria Molberg and sisters Linda Olkowski and Sandra Beall. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Private memorial services will be held in North Carolina.

  1. Joanna was a bright light in this world. She always had a smile on her face and a laugh that was contagious. She took such good care of my father and loved him dearly and for that I will always be appreciate and thankful. I love Joanna and will miss her greatly.   2. Joanna and I worked together for over 15 years.
    She was always available to work through problems and everyone who worked with her knew she would be there for them. It is with a heavy heart that I try to write these words through my tears, I just can’t believe she is gone.
    Neal, I know how much she loved you and was very private with her family life but you were her light.
    May she rest in the eternal peace she so richly deserves.

  4. I worked with Joanna for nearly 17 years. I write this message with a heavy heart knowing that she was so looking forward to her new life in North Carolina with her family. I am thankful that we had time to catch up, laugh a lot, and also reflect over the years we worked together prior to her leaving. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Thank you for sharing her with the rest of us. She will surely be missed but never forgotten.

  5. Joanna was our property manager in Elm Creek for six years, and we truly came to love and appreciate her devotion to our neighborhood. She was also a great friend, and I will miss her terribly.
