  1. Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. I loved Iris dearly. She always made me smile just to be near her. I am so lucky to have been a part of the family for so long and my feelings for her never waivered. She is helping to prepare our places in heaven and I look forward to the day we see her again. Love to you all!

  2. Kristy and family, I’m so sorry for the loss of your sweet mother. I pray for peace and comfort for you all in the days ahead. Take comfort in the fact that she is resting in our saviors arms. God Bless you, all our love , Cheryl and Walt.

  3. Who knew taking care of such a wonderful person would lead to a friendship like I had with Iris. I felt as if I could talk to her like talking to my own mother. She was always thoughtful, and witty, but most of all caring. She didn’t hesitate to tell me what she thought, or how she felt. It has not even been a year since she came into my life, but I feel like I’ve known her a lifetime. I am truly going to miss her. I’ve already caught myself picking up my phone to text her, and realizing that I am no longer able to do that. I thank God that she is in a better place, and pray that God comforts the family in this time of need.

  4. We will never forget her sweet smile. May God give her eternal rest & the family the strength to bear the pain. My heartfelt condolences.

  5. Kristy, Keith and other survivors of Iris; while I didn’t know the beautiful lady, I hear you speak of her love and courage and I’m sure it would have been a blessing to know her. May God grant you peace as you cope with your loss.

  6. Today we say our final goodbyes to you as friends and family gather to celebrate your life here on earth. I already miss you more than anyone could imagine. I lost my mom and my bestfriend!! People may not understand the relationship we had but all that matters is that you and I had each other. You took me in so many years ago along with my daughter who became your 3rd grand daughter. If I had life to do all over again I wouldn’t change a thing about you. You have inspired me to be a better person through out the years and have shown me not only physically but emotionally that with God all things are possible!! You were one of the STRONGEST women I’ve ever had the pleasure to have known. I love you always and forever!! Until we meet again, in Heaven, loves to you and hugs and kisses to you!!
