Harold Kimble Ryan
FORT WORTH — Harold Kimble Ryan passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, in Fort Worth. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Sunday at Arborlawn United Methodist Church. Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, llc.org, or Kids Hope USA at Arborlawn United Methodist Church. He was born in Lima, Ohio, in 1943. He graduated from Irvin High School and University of Texas-EP. He served his country in the Army National Guard. Harold was a financial adviser for 35 years with A.G. Edwards & Sons and then with R.W. Baird. He dedicated his life to his family, encouraging them in all endeavors especially education. His generosity extended to all who knew him. The Ryan family would like to humbly thank Dr. Lance Mandel and the entire staff of The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Fort Worth for their kindness and care. Survivors: Wife, Laurie Ryan; children and grandchildren, Chris, Jen, Maura and Ainsley Ryan, Clay, Tricia, Mallory and Reese Ryan, and Michael, Karen, Finn and Amon Ryan; siblings, Kathy Kolas, James Ryan and Daniel Ryan, and their families; Laurie’s siblings and their families, Donna Reynolds, Jessica Catchings, Adam Reynolds, Mark and Debby Stovall, Colleen Daigle, Jess Stovall, Hannah Stovall, Jon Stovall and Corrine Forisha, Tommy Stovall, Seth Tiltti and Taylor Stovall. Cody Amis, Anna Wilcoxson and Cristina Caviglia were also dear to his heart.
