Dolores DeAun Walker died peacefully on September 5, 2015 under hospice care in Weatherford, Texas. She was born on September 17, 1947 in Pampa, Texas and lived in Tarrant County for most of her life. Predeceased by her father, Thomas Walker in 1973, and her sister, Sharon Walker in 2014; Dolores is survived by her mother, Floriene Terry; her brother, Terry Walker and wife Martha; her sister, Susan Cox and husband Robert; nieces and nephews. Dolores earned an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree with high honors in 2006. She practiced her profession as a Registered Nurse until her retirement last year.
